Terms of Service

SimBook is a platform operated by sportssimulator.com that connects customers with physical sports-simulator venues. By using SimBook, you agree to the terms below.

1. Accounts

You must be 14 or older to create an account in your own name. Under-14s require a parent or guardian's approval under Quebec Law 25.

2. Bookings + cancellations

Bookings are subject to your chosen venue's cancellation policy. Refund windows and no-show fees are set by each venue and displayed at booking time.

3. Conduct at the bay

Venue staff have final say on on-site safety and conduct. SimBook may suspend accounts following substantiated reports of abuse, harassment, or damage.

4. Data + privacy

5. Changes

We'll notify you by email 30 days before any material change to these terms.

This is a placeholder. The binding Terms of Service will be published with counsel sign-off before the first paying customer (Phase 7 per docs/REMAINING_WORK.md).
