Privacy Policy

Last updated: pending counsel review (Phase 7). Effective: at public launch.

What we collect

Account info (name, email, date of birth), payment card tokens (never the card number itself — handled by Stripe), booking history, session data (shots, scores, sport played), device + browser used to sign in.

Why we use it

  • Book + confirm your sessions + send you the unlock code
  • Calculate your Level, Mastery, and Achievements
  • Show you on per-venue + global leaderboards (opt-out available)
  • Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, session round-ups)
  • Detect abuse + respond to safety reports

Your rights under Law 25 (Quebec)

  • Access — download everything we hold on you at any time from your data page.
  • Erasure — delete your account + have us scrub your records within 30 days.
  • Rectification — fix anything incorrect via your profile.
  • Consent withdrawal — at any time for promotional communications.

Where your data lives

We store Canadian-resident data in Canadian regions. EU-resident data (once we expand) will stay in the EU. Stripe handles payment data to PCI-DSS standards; we never see full card numbers.
